International Delivery:

Fulfillment Time:

With sustainability being a priority, all of our products are made-to-order, which means fulfillment + delivery can take a bit longer. It can take anywhere between 2-5 business days for us to print your products, but in most cases, they are printed and shipped within 3 days. 

Shipping Fees:

We offer free shipping on orders over $150 CAD.  For all others orders, the following rates will apply.

Canada Flat Rate: $10.00 CAD
United States Flat Rate: $8.00 CAD
Worldwide Flat Rate: $15.00 CAD

Delivery Time:

WE ARE NOT AMAZON! But, we certainly do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. 

After placing your order, you will receive an email with an estimated delivery date. While we provide delivery estimates, we can't provide guaranteed delivery dates. Some deliveries can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. Please refer to your order tracking for more detailed updates on your order. 

Some products will be packaged and shipped separately based on stock levels at our regional facilities. We will use any means possible to get you your products as quickly as we can. We will advise you of any known delay, for products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. 

Import Fees / Customs:

We use a fulfillment partner to print and ship our products. With high order volumes, and varying stock levels, your order may be fulfilled at a backup facility in order to avoid delays and maintain reasonable delivery times. If your order is fulfilled internationally, that may result in import fees. We work very hard to ensure our products are available locally to avoid additional customs fees for our customers, but this isn’t always possible based local availability. 

The import fees customers have to pay depends entirely on the destination country and its laws. Some countries apply customs fees on orders valued at less than a certain price. Some may charge extra handling fees. It all depends on your location. The one thing that’ll always stay the same: customs will have to be paid by the customer upon receiving their order at the border.
